We want our customers to shop with confidence. We do our best to keep our plants as healthy as possible with pre-sale soil changes and regular pest inspections. If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us so we can make it right.


Because of the live nature of our inventory, we can only offer returns within a 48 hour window. Plants in good health may be returned within 48 hours of purchase. Please contact us directly, NOT The Artful Flea Catonsville.

Returns and exchanges will be granted on a case-by-case basis. If you are returning a plant due to suspected health or pest related issues, please contact us as soon as possible. Describe the issue and provide as much information as you can on the treatment of the plant upon the arrival of your home.
